Parking
There is a large parking lot at the building. Your reservation includes space for two parking spaces. If you need additional parking, please reach out and we can make accommodations. The parking lot does have space for large trailers if necessary.
Entry
Please use door number 1 on the north side of the building. You will see a welcome sign with a ramp at the back of the parking lot.
Our home uses an August Smart Lock that lets you unlock the front door using an entry code. Your virtual key will be active for the duration of your stay. We will send an entry code prior to your arrival.
How August Lock works:
Locate the rectangular keypad near the door of the AirBnB rental.
Enter your personal entry code on the keypad.
Press the red, circular button at the bottom of the keypad.
The keypad light will pulse and then flash when the lock operation has been completed.
Confirm that the door is locked by attempting to open the door.
To lock the door from the inside, just switch the deadbolt.
To lock from the outside, simply press the red August button.

Kitchen
The Sanctuary includes a large, beautifully crafted kitchen and bar. The kitchen is equipped with complimentary coffee and coffee machine, pots and pans, a gas stove/oven, dishes, refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer.
Bathroom
We love our beautiful lakes. We have done our best to operate our home as eco friendly as possible. Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners and more were purchased with the environment in mind. Please do your best to use what is needed and re-use towels when appropriate.
Towels are located on the shelf of the wardrobe unit of each bedroom. Black washcloths have been provided for makeup removal.
TV
Feel free to use our TV to log into your favorite streaming apps.
House Rules
We’ve worked hard to create this little slice of heaven. Please treat our space as if it were your own. Just a few rules:
1.) Our space is small. We ask there are no more than 10 adults on the property at a time.
2.) We love our lakeside community. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping your noise down. Quiet hours are 10 pm- 9 am.
3.) While we do welcome pets in our other units, pets are not permitted in the Sanctuary. Please be respectful of this rule.
4.) We do offer a community grill on the deck. Please remember to turn gas off when you are done. Grilling supplies are in the kitchen.
5.) If you use tinted lotions or make up, please remember to remove prior to sleeping. If you’d prefer to keep your tanning/tinted lotion on, please bring your own sheets. Any stains will unfortunately result in a fee to replace sheets.
6.) Please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher prior to leaving.
7.) Please do not burn candles or smoke in our home.
Restaurants
We encourage you to continue to support our local restaurants and community by considering dining, take out or delivery. A few of our favorites:
Breakfast:
Toast and Jam - Sweet and Savory breakfast treats!
Lunch:
Fatty Lumpkins – Sandwich shop and neighborhood gem.
Dinner:
Zaloma’- Our favorite pizza and it’s just a block away. Try the Sweet Chicky! This grab and go place also offers a sweet picnic area outside the space where you can BYOB and enjoy a slice of pizza.
Wonderland Distillery - Also just one block away. Serving fine spirits and small plates!
The Lakehouse – Small plates and mains with a view of the marina.
Nipote’s – Chic Italian restaurant with small plates and a tiramisu like heaven. Perfect for a romantic dinner or celebration.
18th Amendment – The best spirits in town and delicious small plates and flatbreads.
